Candidates who passed 10+2 and possessing diploma in specific healthcare disciplines are eligible to apply.

The selected candidates will be posted in three hospitals and 10 dispenseries  at NCL’s different Mines/ Establishments in Singrauli District of Madhya Pradesh and Sonebhadra District of Uttar Pradesh.

Eligibility Criteria For NCL Paramedical Staff Recruitment 2020:


  • To be eligible to apply for the posts, you must be minimum 18 years old and a maximum of 30 years old as on 10.03.2020
  • SC/ST and OBC candidate will get an upper age relaxation of five years and three years respectively.
  • Age relaxation of PwBD candidates in General category, OBC and SC/ST categories is 10 years, 13 years and 15 years respectively.
  • Relaxation allowable to ther categories of candidates will be observed as per govt.rules.

Educational qualification

1. Staff Nurse (Trainee) 

  • 10+2 Pass
  • ‘A’ Grade Nursing Diploma /Certificate (3 Years Course) from a recognized Institute approved by the Government
  • Registered as member of the Nursing council

2. Pharmacist (Trainee) 

  • 10+2 Pass
  • Diploma in Pharmacy from an Institute recognized /approved by the Pharmacy Council/ Central/ state Govt.
  • Registered with the Pharmacy Council under Pharmacy Act, 1948

3.Technician Pathological (Trainee)

  • Diploma in Pathology from an institute recognized by the Govt.

4. Technician Radiographer (Trainee) 

  • Diploma in Radiography from an institute recognized by the Govt.

5. Physiotherapist (Trainee) 

  • Diploma in Physiotherapy from a Government -recognized institute (minimum 3 years course).

6.Technician -Dietician (Trainee) 

  • Diploma in Dietics from an institute recognized by the Govt.

7. Jr. Technician -ECG-(Trainee)

  • Higher Secondary (10+2)/Intermediate.
  • Two years experience certificates as ECG Technician in a hospital under a Cardiologist/ Physician

8. Jr. Technician -EEG (Trainee)

  • Higher Secondary (10+2)/ Intermediate.
  • Two years experience certificates as EEG Technician in a hospital under a Neuro-Physician/Physician

9. Technician -Dental (Trainee)

  • Higher Secondary (10+2)/Intermediate.
  • Diploma in Dentistry/Dental Technology from a Government -recognized institute.

10. Audiometry Technician (Trainee)

  • Higher Secondary (10+2)/Intermediate.
  • Diploma in Audiometry from a Government -recognized institute.

Selection Process for NCL Paramedical Staff Recruitment 2020

  • The selection Process includes a Written Test, seperately for each post.
  • The test will be of 90 minutes duration with 100 Marks, in two parts; Part A & Part B
  • Part A (70 marks) will cover the technical aspects of the post you have applied
  • Part B (30 marks) will cover general topics
  • The questions are objective types with four choices of answers
  • There won’t be any negative marks
  • The Question booklet will be bilingual (in Hindi/English)
  • Detailed syllabus will be published on NCL website separately
  • The Written test will be conducted at different centers in District Singrauli, M.P. & District
    Sonebhadra, U.P.
  • Minimum Cut-Off Marks required for Selection is 50% for UR and EWS candidates
  • SC/ ST/ ESM/ OBC-NCL/PwBD candidates need to score 45% to qualify

Application fee

  • Candidates must pay Rs.500/-(Five hundred only) as application fee
  • SC/ ST/ PwBD/ ESM / Departmental Candidates are exempted from the payment of the Application fee.

  • Before applying, make sure that you have a registered mobile number and a valid e-mail ID
  • Registration of application is online mode only. This is possible in four steps
  • Step1:Registration, Step2: Fee payment, Step3: Apply,  and Step4: Submission
  • So, log on to the NCL website
  • Once on the site Go to Career>Recruitment >Notification for Direct Recruitment of various posts of Paramedical staff> Apply online.
  • Read carefully the Employment Notification (available in hindi & English) and confirm that you are eligible to apply for the post
  • For Registration you must provide you name, email id & mobile number
  • On successfull registration, you will get a unique registration number of five digits.
  • The next step is payment of application fee.
  • You must click on the link Fee Payment which will directly open SB Collect window (Please follow step by step process appears on the screen of SB Collect)
  • The third step is apply. follow the instructions and complete the application form
  • Before filling the online application form, please ensure the following documents are ready.
    (i) Payment Receipt of Application Fee or Challan bearing the “SB Collect Reference Number” and
    the unique registration number generated through registration.
    (ii) Scanned recent color passport size self-attested photograph.
    (iii) All educational & professional marks sheet and percentages of marks.
    (iv) Please click on the relevant qualifications for which you are going to apply.
  • You are advised to take a print out of the filled-up online Application Form and Acknowledgement slip for future reference.
  • After submitting the application, please visit the site regularly for any update.


  • The selected candidates ( Posts 1 to 6 ) will have to undergo a training of one year.
  • After successful completion of the training they will be placed in regularized/Placed in their respective cadre in T&S Gr. C
  • Similarly candidates selected for posts 7 to 10 will be placed in regularized/in their respective cadre in T&S Gr. D, after a three-year training.
  • For Post No. 1 to 6: Minimum of T&S Gr. C (Monthly Rated) Basic pay Rs 31852.56
  • For Post No. 7 to 10:Minimum of T&S Gr. D (Monthly Rated) Basic Pay Rs 29460.3
