1. Examiner of Trade Marks and  Geographical Indications

Location : Mumbai with All India Service Liability

Pay Scale : Level-7 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. General Central Service, Group `B’ Gazetted, Ministerial.

Age: 30 years

Educational qualification: Degree in Law of a recognized University

Experience: Two years’ experience in handling court cases and other legal matters or in handling matters of Trademarks or Geographical Indications.

2. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Bio-Chemistry)

Pay Scale : Level-11 with NPA in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. Group ‘A’ Central Health Services Teaching Specialist Sub-cadre.

Age: 40 years

Educational qualification:A recognized MBBS degree. Post Graduate degree in the concerned Specialty or Diplomate National Board (Bio-Chemistry); or Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Master of Science (Medical Bio-Chemistry); or Master of Science (Medical Bio-Chemistry) with Doctor of Philosophy (Medical Bio-Chemistry); or Master of Science (Medical Bio Chemistry) with Doctor of Science (Medical Bio-Chemistry).

Experience: Three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar or Assistant Professor or Lecturer in the concerned Specialty or Super Specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree.

3. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Cardiology)

Pay Scale : Level-11 with NPA in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. Group ‘A’ Central Health Services Teaching Specialist Sub-cadre

Age: 40 years

Educational qualification: A recognized MBBS degree. Post Graduate degree in the concerned Specialty or Diplomate National Board (Bio-Chemistry); or Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Master of Science (Medical Bio-Chemistry); or Master of Science (Medical Bio-Chemistry) with Doctor of Philosophy (Medical Bio-Chemistry); or Master of Science (Medical Bio Chemistry) with Doctor of Science (Medical Bio-Chemistry).

4. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Endocrinology)

Pay Scale : Level-11 with NPA in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. Group ‘A’ Central Health Services Teaching Specialist Sub-cadre

Age: 40 years

Educational qualification: A recognized MBBS degree. Post-Graduate degree in the concerned specialty/Doctorate of Medicine (Endocrinology)/ Diplomate National Board (Endocrinology)/Doctor of Medicine (Medicine) with two years’ special training in Endocrinology; or Doctor of Medicine (Paediatrics) with two years’ special training in Endocrinology; or Diplomate National Board (Medicine/Paediatrics) with two years’ special training in Endocrinology.

Experience: Three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar or Assistant Professor or Lecturer in the concerned Specialty or Super Specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree.


5. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Orthopedics)

Pay Scale : Level-11 with NPA in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. Group ‘A’ Central Health Services Teaching Specialist Sub-cadre

Age: 40 years

Educational qualification:A recognized MBBS degree and Post Graduate degree in the concerned specialty/Doctor of Medicine (Nuclear Medicine)/Diplomate National Board (Nuclear Medicine)/Doctor of Medicine (Radio Therapy) with two years’ experience in Nuclear Medicine /Diplomate National Board (Radio Therapy) with two years’ experience in Nuclear Medicine/ Doctor of Medicine (Medicine) with Diploma in Radiation Medicine /Diploma in Nuclear Medicine/Diplomate National Board (Medicine) with Diploma in Radiation Medicine/Diploma in Nuclear Medicine/Doctor of Medicine (Radio Diagnosis) with two years’ experience in Nuclear Medicine in a recognized centre / Diplomate National Board (Radio diagnosis) with two years’ experience in Nuclear Medicine or Doctor of Medicine (Bio-Physics)

Experience: Three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar or Assistant/ Professor or Lecturer in the concerned Specialty or Super Specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree.


6. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Endocrinology)

Pay Scale : Level-11 with NPA in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. Group ‘A’ Central Health Services Teaching Specialist Sub-cadre

Age: 40 years

Educational qualification: A recognized MBBS degree and a Post-Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or super specialty/Master of Surgery (Orthopedics)/ Diplomate National Board (Orthopedic).

Experience:Three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident/ Tutor/ Demonstrator/ Registrar/ Assistant Professor/ Lecturer in the concerned Specialty after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree.


7. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Pulmonary Medicine)

Pay Scale : Level-11 with NPA in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. Group ‘A’ Central Health Services Teaching Specialist Sub-cadre

Age: 40 years

Educational qualification:A recognized MBBS degree and Post Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or super specialty/ Doctorate of Medicine (Pulmonary Medicine)/ Diplomate National Board (Pulmonary Medicine)/ or Doctor of Medicine (Respiratory Medicine) with two years’ special training in Pulmonary Medicine/ Doctor of Medicine (General Medicine) with two years’ special training in Pulmonary Medicine/ Doctor of Medicine (Pediatrics) with two years’ special training in Pulmonary Medicine.

Experience:Three At least three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident/ Tutor / Demonstrator/ Registrar/ Assistant Professor/ Lecturer in the concerned Specialty after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree.


8. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Sports Medicine)

Pay Scale : Level-11 with NPA in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. Group ‘A’ Central Health Services Teaching Specialist Sub-cadre

Age: 40 years

Educational qualification:A recognized MBBS degree and Post-Graduate degree in the concerned specialty/ Doctor of Medicine (Sports Medicine)/ Master of Surgery (Orthopaedics)/ Doctor of Medicine (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation)/ Diplomate National Board (Sports Medicine/ Orthopaedics/ PMR)/ Doctor of Medicine (Physiology) with two years experience in Sports Medicine/ Diplomate National Board (Physiology) with two years experience in Sports Medicine.

Experience:At least three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar or Assistant Professor or Lecturer in the concerned Specialty or Super Specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree.


9. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Tuberculosis and Respiratory Medicine)

Pay Scale : Level-11 with NPA in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. Group ‘A’ Central Health Services Teaching Specialist Sub-cadre

Age: 40 years

Educational qualification: A recognized MBBS degree and Post-Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or super specialty / Doctor of Medicine (Tuberculosis)/ Doctor of Medicine (Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases)/ Diplomate National Board (Tuberculosis)/ (Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases)/ Doctor of (Medicine) with Diploma in Tuberculosis Diseases or Diploma in Tuberculosis and Chest Diseases/ Diplomate National Board (Medicine) with Diploma in Tuberculosis Diseases/ Diploma in Tuberculosis and Chest Diseases/ Doctor of Medicine (Tuberculosis and Chest Diseases)/ Dipolomate National Board (Tuberculosis and Chest Diseases).

Experience: At least three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar or Assistant Professor or Lecturer in the concerned Specialty or Super Specialty after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree.


10. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Pathology)

Pay Scale : 15600-39100/- plus 6600/- with NPA as per rules (Pre Revised). Group ‘A’ Gazetted, Non-Ministerial, Delhi Health Services.

Age: 50 years

Educational qualification: A recognized MBBS and Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned specialty/ M.D (Pathology)/ Ph D (Pathology)/ D. Sc. (Pathology)/ Diploma in Clinical Pathology/ Diploma in Pathology and Bacteriology.

Experience:Three years’ experience in the concerned Specialty after obtaining the first Post Graduate Degree or Five years experience after obtaining the Post Graduate Diploma.


11. Specialist Grade III (Radio diagnosis)

Pay Scale : 15600-39100/- plus GP 6600/- with NPA as per rules (Pre Revised). Group ‘A’ Gazetted, Non-Ministerial, Delhi Health Services.

Age: 45 years

Educational qualification: A recognized MBBS and Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in the concerned specialty / M. D. (Radio Diagnosis)/ M.D. (Radiology)/ M.S. (Radiology) /Diploma in Medicine and Radio Diagnosis or equivalent Diploma of one year duration.

Experience:Three years’experience in the concerned Specialty after obtaining the first Post Graduate Degree or Five years experience after obtaining the Post Graduate Diploma.


12. Senior Lecturer (Immuno Haematology and Blood Transfusion)

Pay Scale : Level-11 with NPA in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. Group ‘A’ Central Health Services Teaching Specialist Sub-cadre

Age: 53 years

Educational qualification: A basic University degree and  registration with a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register and DM (Immunology) or MD (Immuno Haematology & Blood Transfusion)/MD (Pathology or Bacteriology or Haematology) with two year’s teaching experience or special training in the Department of Immuno Haematology & Blood Transfusion.

Experience: Three years’ teaching experience in the concerned specialty after acquiring post-graduate qualification as Lecturer/Registrar/ Senior Resident/ Demonstrator/ Tutor.


Application Fee

Candidates must pay an application fee of Rs. 25/-(Rupees Twenty five only), which can be remitted at State Bank of India (SBI) branches by cash or by using netbanking.

SC/ST/PH/Women candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
